First of all i would like to greet you a pleasant day.
I would like to say to you that our school (Ilocos Sur National High School) have a lot of problems like lack of buildings,chairs,teachers,
CR's and some students sharing books.
I hope Mr. President that you will come to will come to our school and help us to our problems and I wish you would be able to help public school to improve their facilities. Thank you and more power.
